- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your tracking link shows "Delivered" to request a return or refund.
- Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your projector arrives broken or damaged during transit, do not worry. Send us a quick photo or video proof of the defect to aabushaban23@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ship out a brand new unit or issue a 100% full refund immediately at no cost to you.
- How to Start a Return: Please contact our support team at aabushaban23@yahoo.com before shipping anything back. We will provide you with the correct local return address instructions. Orders sent back to the manufacturer without prior approval cannot be processed.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed immediately and automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
